Oh! Those scenes

You might have seen / heard in Tamil cinema, some dialogues/ scenes that are oft said in a critical situation....lets take a look at some of those..

Naan enna solla varein na...(what I'm trying to say is)..

The situation in which the person says this dialogue is when..

a pious daughter-in-law is being tortured by the villainous mother-in-law..and even if the d-in-law tries to open her mouth to say this...she is tortured...

the hero's lover sees our hero with some girl...and thinks that she's the new lover...
but our hero has a hard time convincing the heroine about who the other person is....
the heroine hardly listens...keeps on repeating this dialogue..

At the hospital....the doctor says "innum oru nimasham late a iruntha, ivaru uyirukke aabathu a poi irukkum..."
"had you brought him 1 minute late...he wouldn't have survived..."

the hero would have just fallen down on the road with minor bruises...but the doctor tells his friends this dialogue...

Scene : Hero's family is kidnapped

and hero is tied deliberately with loose threads, villains are sleeping and hero beats up everyone...there is a vehicle ready with full petrol tank...
in the meantime, hero's family has been placed at a secret location by the villain...
villain asks his guys to watch for the hero from a watch tower...

hero is actually a sniffer dog and tracks down his family's location right down to the last metre...
hero fires from 1 km using a 50m rifle...man from the watch tower falls down on impact of the bullet...amazing stuff!!

Two men die on a single bullet shot. Want to see how this happens....I'd recommend watching a Cabtun movie....

Terrorist is caught :

Well, you guessed it right....this happens in most Cabtun movies...
a terrorist falls into a devious trap....Cabtun comes down for investigation...
Cabtun starts talking about patriotism....after some time, blood starts leaking out of the terrorist's ears...he takes the cyanide capsule and takes his life with him and says "This is a better death than listening to your patriotic words..."

Some additions:
- When the doctor comes out of the operating theater and takes off his glasses, you know things didn't turn out too well.
- "aayiram poi solli oru kalyanam pannalaam", "kalyanam-garathu aayiram kaala payiru" and a variety of mindless wedding related drab.

I guess we can keep going on and on...

Very interesting. Most scenes in movies are structured to elongate the movie to the extent possible.
